Job Description

Doceree seeks a Director of Performance Marketing who will develop and manage the company’s performance marketing strategy. Reporting to the VP of Growth Marketing, this individual will design and implement data-driven campaigns focusing on measurable results and ROI. Responsibilities include leveraging various traditional and digital channels such as affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, paid advertising, social media marketing, search engine marketing, and SEO. Roles & Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

  • Strategy Development: Define and implement a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Partner Management: Identify and manage relationships with publishers, affiliates, and influencers to drive campaign performance.
  • Affiliate Marketing – Identify key platforms globally to promote our products and services.
  • Social Media Content Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy in collaboration with the Director of Content Marketing to ensure content is informative and engaging.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Oversee the execution of performance marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet goals. Monitor and adjust campaigns in real-time for optimal results.
  • Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Budget Management: Manage the budget for paid marketing and global media buying, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Technology and Tools Utilization: Identify and leverage performance marketing tools and technologies for campaign tracking, analysis, and optimization.
  • Media Buying: Negotiate ad placements and manage relationships with key media partners.
  • ABM LinkedIn Strategy: Bring a strategic mindset to develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms to personalize engagement with key accounts within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

Skills, Qualifications, and minimum Experience

Educational Background: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 5-7 years of performance marketing experience focusing on PPC, Display, Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, and Retargeting.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through effective paid marketing campaigns.
  • Comprehensive experience in both digital and offline marketing channels.
  • Proven success in collaborative work with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in managing significant marketing project and media budgets, with B2B experience preferred.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google AdWords and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with various social acquisition channels, including YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO practices and tools (e.g., SEM Rush), and proficient in using CRM software and marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
  • Experienced with A/B testing and conversion optimization tools, and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused with keen attention to detail and strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, team-oriented with sound judgment.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or ad tech is a plus.

Job Description

Doceree seeks a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing Operations to join our expert marketing team. This role is pivotal for driving pipeline and revenue growth throughout 2024. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Growth Marketing, this role will be crucial in enhancing operational efficiency across key platforms, including HubSpot. Roles & Responsibilities 

What you’ll do:

HubSpot & Marketing Automation

  • Create and build the framework for how marketing, sales, and customer success utilize technology to achieve commercial and company goals.
  • Make strategic decisions on marketing activities and develop an optimized strategy that dictates beginning-to-end systems that will contribute to success.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders, oversee HubSpot utilization across marketing, sales, and customer success departments, creating alignment across commercial functions and maximizing HubSpot’s full potential.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop and refine B2B audience engagement strategies at various stages of their buying journey, such as nurturing campaigns, retargeting, and chatbots.
  • Build and continuously improve our lead scoring model.
  • Utilize HubSpot for campaign deployment, landing pages, website management, email marketing, social media management and other essential marketing assets.

Data & Reporting Ownership

  • Create and maintain comprehensive marketing performance reports and dashboards to facilitate KPI analysis and other crucial marketing metrics.
  • Oversee lead data management and hygiene to ensure high-quality marketing data sets.
  • Analyze HubSpot data to identify new campaign and strategy opportunities for pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Refine customer personas and ideal customer profiles as data becomes available.
  • Lead the team in adopting a data and metrics-focused approach for organizational decision-making.

Platforms & Technology Management 

  • Assess and endorse tools and platforms to elevate operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage web form strategies and implement improvements to boost conversion rates.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and tools in marketing operations, with a particular focus on AI advancements.
  • Provide HubSpot and other tool training to the sales team for optimal usage.

Process & Documentation

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to define and implement lead lifecycle and sales funnel stages.
  • Maintain and update the demand team’s knowledge base, including all vital processes and resources.
  • Tackle additional marketing operations tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Marketing Operations.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, effective across diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
  • Expert in HubSpot, with HubSpot marketing, CRM, and CMS certification.

Introduction

From January 7 – 9, Doceree joined global leaders of the pharma sector in the United Arab Emirates at the Dubai World Trade Centre for the 27th annual DUPHAT Conference, the leading pharmaceutical industry educational and networking event. This once-a-year event draws visibility beyond just the UAE, with stakeholders from the entire Middle East region present. This blog post shares our experience, highlights, and key takeaways from the event.

About DUPHAT 2024

DUPHAT 2024 hosted more than 22,000 pharmaceutical professionals, academics, and experts from 82 countries worldwide for three days of scientific presentations, workshops, and highly specialized sessions covering various segments of the pharmaceutical industry specially designed for pharmacists and pharma industry professionals. The event also brought together 1,000 exhibitors, including the top 100 global companies in the pharmaceutical industry.
This Year’s event included 100+ lectures focusing on a wide class of patented, OTC/OTX, and generic drugs. Specifically, key topics included medicine safety, quality use of medicines, drug counterfeiting, personalized management of pain, pharmacy-based vaccination, impacts of healthcare inefficiency, credentialing and privileging, optimizing patient care, pharmacoepidemiology with real-world evidence and life cycle of drug development, access to medicines, the role of the pharmacist in deep phenotyping, apart from many other topics of importance. It also highlighted the latest policies and regulations governing the safety and efficacy of drug administration in the Middle East and Africa. It provided an excellent platform to discuss, learn, and share ideas that will enhance the future of the region’s pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Additionally, the event included a specialized program sponsored by Axios International highlighting the role of patient access in achieving sustainable healthcare. During the “Pioneering a Sustainable Access Ecosystem” program, Doceree found Dr. Joseph Saba’s, Axios International CEO and Co-Founder, session on understanding the unmet needs and challenges of healthcare accessibility particularly insightful. During the session, he explored the integral link between accessibility and sustainability in the healthcare ecosystem.

Sessions such as “Real-World Evidence: The Impact of Big Data on Clinical Decisions,” “The Future of Healthcare: AI’s Influence on Medical Education and Patient Support,” “Rise of The Machine: Artificial Intelligence for Maximum Pharmacist Impact,” and “The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Quality Improvement of Healthcare Services” emphasized the evolving and accelerating role of IT in the global pharmaceutical landscape.

Role Overview

Partnerships are an essential part of Doceree’s business, and we are looking for a motivated and talented Technical Product Manager (TPM) to help us scale our partner ecosystem. The TPM will be an essential part of the partnerships team, ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience for our technology partners. This person will be focused on supporting partnership integrations through design and implementation of technical solutions for our partner ecosystem. The TPM will closely collaborate with the business teams and solutions engineering and business product management (BPM) to cater to the specific requirements of our vast array of technology partnerships. Additionally, this role will involve working closely engineering teams to provide feedback and input to shape product features and enhancements. This role would appeal to someone who loves problem solving, thinking through complex scenarios, and influencing partner-driven products and solutions for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop technical solutions for partner related integrations to meet both Doceree and partner needs.
  • Collaborate key cross-functional teams including business teams, solutions engineering, BPM, and engineering with onboarding and integrations of our partners.
  • Design product requirements that enable partners with the proper value exchange for Doceree.
  • Understand and communicate relevant new products, features, and capabilities as they become available and ensure successful deployment and activation with your partners.
  • Build, create, and communicate the product roadmaps by collaborating with BPM and solutions engineering. This will include developing a process to monitor product backlog for errors or inconsistencies.
  • Contribute to partnership product vision including counselling teams on modifying features to save time and resource.
  • Assess market gaps for possible products. User story mapping helps them understand partner and customer wants without compromising the product goal.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of technical experience similar roles, preferably in the AdTech industry.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic advertising, buy-side technologies including data management, inventory, measurement, verification, and verall adtech ecosystem along with key participants.
  • Experience working with a variety of frame works, scripting languages, technologies, and platforms, such as NodeJS or Python, AWS, Snowflake (SQL), Mongo DB (NoSQL).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team player mentality
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Deep experience in partner integrations specifically across the AdTech ecosystem.

Role Overview:

Doceree is seeking a highly motivated, hands-on Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As Product Marketing Manager at Doceree, you will be a key player in driving the success of our healthcare marketing solutions. You will be expected to deeply understand our customers’ challenges and succinctly explain how our solutions help solve customer problems. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the other members of the Marketing department to execute your daily duties. As part of the Marketing organization, you will report to the AVP of GTM Strategy & Product Marketing who leads the team responsible all Product Marketing and Sales Enablement activities.

  • Product KVPs, Positioning, & Messaging: Develop a deep understanding of our products and their key value propositions. Craft compelling and clear positioning and messaging that positions our solutions and platform effectively in the healthcare marketing landscape in a way that resonates with healthcare professionals and pharmaceutical brands.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. Use this research to guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner closely with Product Marketing leadership to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and enhancements, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-impact marketing collateral centered on our products – including product documentation, implementation guides, and FAQs. Collaborate with other members of the Marketing team on the creation and maintenance of product-related collateral including commercial materials, whitepapers, case studies, data sheets, videos, webinars, and site content, that effectively communicate product value.
  • Product Expertise: Work closely with the commercial teams to provide the tools and knowledge necessary to sell the products successfully. Partner with training other members of the Marketing team to develop and deliver product training for sales representatives.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and innovation. Use customer insights to guide product enhancements and roadmap decisions.
  • Competitive Landscape: Monitor and assess the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and market leadership.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Product team to ensure alignment between product capabilities and market needs.
  • Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team, including helping them address customer inquiries and objections about our products, participating in sales presentations when necessary.
  • Product Launches & Process: In close partnership with Product Marketing leadership, collaborate with Product, commercial teams, and your peers in Marketing to plan and execute product launches, including defining target audiences, messaging, and marketing campaigns. Implement, evolve, and enforce processes associated with best-in-class product launch cycles.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Play an active role across the product lifecycle, from ideation and development to sunsetting, ensuring products remain competitive and valuable.

Candidate Profile:
Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in digital technology, advertising, or advertising technology, programmatic experience a plus
  • 4+ years of experience as a product marketer working collaboratively with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
  • Experience with Pharma and healthcare marketing preferred
  • American English language (native fluency) – both written and verbal
  • Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing and market dynamics along with product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and persuasive messages.
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data and analytics to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Substantial background working with product and engineering teams and with clients and/or sales and customer success teams
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller with the ability to craft the most effectual sales content and messaging
  • Highly effective collaborator with demonstrated success in executing strategy and delivering in an evolving, complex environment
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Innovative and creative thinking, with a focus on problem-solving and driving product success.

What We Are Looking For:

An experienced and motivated team member to partner with marketing, sales and customer success teams to support the execution of Doceree’s North America strategic vision. You will work with the EVP of Strategy to help Doceree maximize the value of our HCP-focused marketing ecosystem delivers to US life science marketers. You are an analytical marketer, who understands customer strategy as well as how to use data to inform recommendations that yield demonstrable business impact for clients of a fast-growing AdTech startup.

You should be well-versed in data-driven HCP marketing strategies, and in digital marketing and advertising trends. The role also requires familiarity with digital strategic planning frameworks, as well as digital impact measurement and insight planning. Experience with consulting and the AdTech sector is a plus. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. You should have led the development, presentation, & execution of omnichannel HCP media plans for multiple brands. Being a skilled communicator who can multi-task and apply strategic concepts to diverse brand situations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales and customer success to ensure that Doceree platform recommendations for both prospective and in-line clients are prioritized and shaped to deliver significant sales impact potential.
  • Guide targeting and content hypothesis testing parameters to garner insights that can improve ROI and topline sales for Doceree platform and digital HCP strategies.
  • Conduct research using internal resources or by commissioning research from outside organizations to inform both client recommendations, as well as in support of internal initiatives to enhance the Company’s strategic value proposition in the industry.
  • Build thorough understanding of brand, business, customer and competitive landscape to guide value-driven customer retention and acquisition strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations that align to client business needs vis-à-vis Doceree media and enterprise solutions.
  • Provide recommendations to Customer Success and Sales teams to drive in-line client growth.
  • Analyze and interpret customer response and brand sales impact data to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of Doceree solutions and value-add strategic offerings.
